Job Description

Responsibilities

• 定期整理和上报每周工作进展，包括潜在学生线索、试听课安排及报名情况。
• 定期参与市场营销会议，制定并达成月度销售目标。
• 对潜在和已发生的学生退课情况进行跟进处理，探索问题并寻找解决方案。
• 履行公司赋予的其他职责，确保公司目标和宗旨的实现。
• 通过持续的沟通和管理，与学生家长建立并保持稳定的关系。
• 与公司内部团队紧密合作，以确保学生和家长的满意度和服务项目的顺利执行。

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, great at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents

• Superior sales skills, including prospecting potential students, advising, and closing.

• Has a marketing mindset.

• Able to accurately analyze market trends and competitor actions to identify opportunities for growth.
